Mohammadreza Khedmat completed his undergraduate studies simultaneously in General Psychology and Persian Language and Literature at Payam Noor University in Kashan. One year after completing the four-year undergraduate program, he was awarded bachelor’s degrees in both fields.
He later earned his master’s degree in Persian Language and Literature from Payam Noor University in Aran and Bidgol and is currently pursuing a doctoral degree.
At Spentagen, he serves as Head of the People and Organizational Development Department, where he leads talent development initiatives, organizational culture strategy, and professional growth programs within the company.
He works as a consultant and psychologist at Dena Psychology Clinic and is the author of seven published book volumes, three of which focus on psychology and personal development.
He has completed numerous professional courses in psychology, including behavior and personality analysis and life skills coaching, and remains active in both literature and psychology.
In the field of sports, he has achieved multiple national and Asian championship titles in powerlifting and strongman competitions and serves as an official coach and referee in the national bodybuilding federation.
