Mahshid Moballegh Nasery

Mahshid Moballegh Nasery is a Ph.D. student in theoretical medicine at the University of Debrecen, studying in proteomics with a focus on cancer research. With a background in chemistry and toxicology, her interest in understanding the molecular basis of disease led her to pursue her current research. Her work involves delving into the protein profiles of cancer patient samples to gain a deeper understanding of their molecular mechanisms, which will aid in future research. She is holding a fully funded PhD position and the EvoSep Prize at the 3rd EuPA Science Slam. Additionally, she is an active member of the HUPO ECR Committee and a YPIC Core Member. Beyond her academic work, Mahshid plays an active role in SpentaGen by bringing her expertise in proteomics and cancer biology to interdisciplinary projects.
